JENNY CRAIG RECIPE CREATION: LEMON-BALSAMIC KALE SALAD WITH GRILLED CHICKEN



Of the considerable number of plans I've concocted recently, this is the one.

You know, the one. The one you get all ridiculous discussing. The one that you simply need to yell from the housetops. The One.

My preferred plans are those that really change a dish. Those that make a straightforward supper into a delectable soup. Those that take a sandwich and transform it into an incredibly delectable tidbit. Furthermore, today, I have the plate of mixed greens of all servings of mixed greens for you. The pleasure is all mine.

This formula is HIGHLY motivated by True Foods Kitchen by Dr. Weil. LEMON-BALSAMIC KALE SALAD WITH CHICKEN

Serves 1

Fixings

1 Jenny Craig Grilled Chicken Sandwich

4 containers destroyed kale

2 cuts red onion, quartered

1/4 container peruvian peppers (found on the olive bar at my market)

1 bundle Jenny Craig Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/8 tsp. lemon pepper flavoring

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

1. Expel the chicken sandwich from the bundling. Enclose the bun by a paper towel and cook it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Move to a toaster and toast the bun until crunchy.
