The episode happened after a Pakistan International Airline (PIA) flight was first postponed and after that dropped, angering travelers. A viral video shared via web-based networking media demonstrated the pastor mistreating airplane terminal authorities and trading hot words with staff.

Amid the meeting, the viral video was played in the court. "Were you in your faculties?" asked the best judge. "It is safe to say that you are a pastor or a criminal? You don't appear to be fit the bill to be a priest," said Chief Justice Saqib Nisar as the SC continued knowing about the case.
At the point when Justice Nisar asked Inspector General Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan for a refresh in the test, he was educated that the case fell in IG Punjab Amjad Javed Saleemi's ward.
"I am embarrassed about my activities and need to apologize to the court," Fida Khan told the court.
